To get the preparation off to a good start, here are some questions to ask yourself:
- When will the meal take place? Noon or evening?
- For what occasion will this meal be celebrated?
- How many guests will be seated around the table?
- What do you want to eat?
- How many served dishes do you want to have?
- Do you know any eating habits for your guests?
- What would you like to drink with your meal?
- Do you want to organize your meal around a particular wine?
- Who and how will the meal be served?
