More than 30 years of experience

Chef Lionel was born in Mulhouse, France into a family whose father, grandfather and great grandfather were artisan butchers. As a result, Lionel developed an appreciation for good quality food. Lionel’s mother instilled within him a love of cooking and an ability to bring pleasure to a dining table. After attending French culinary school Chef Lionel had the privilege of working with fine chefs in France and in Germany since more as 30 Years. Chef Lionel and his wife, Carine, moved to the United States in 2019 for working to Corning, New York.

Simply relax and enjoy the evening.

This is not catering. Chef Lionel will prepare fine French food in your kitchen to guarantee freshness. Enjoy fine French restaurant dining without traveling to Paris. And Chef Lionel will provide his own cooking implements. At the conclusion of the evening, you need only load your dishwasher.

Colleen (my wife) and I have enjoyed the pleasure of dinning at Chef Lionel's table on numerous occasions. Chef Lionel is an artist. Food is his medium and the dining table is his canvass. Every meal is a work of art in terms of flavor and presentation. His sauces are exceptional. We are particularly fond of his pepper sauce. Chef Lionel uses the finest local sources to ensure freshness. His wine pairings delight the palate. An experience at Chef Lionel's table is simply amazing!

Amazing cooking!!! I highly recommend Lionel Hutlé as a French Chef. I am lucky that I could taste these amazing flavors as Lionel was still in Germany. But now when I will come to the US, I will definitely organize something to be able to enjoy it one more time.
